ABOUT THE OWNER
Izelle established Ixziner Improvement Solutions in September 2023. She is a qualified Industrial Engineer who graduated in 2006 from Stellenbosch University. She held several roles in the manufacturing environment, starting her career as a junior industrial engineer in the furniture industry where she focused mostly on facilities layout and production line optimisation. After 4 years in the furniture industry, she started building her 13 years of world-class manufacturing (WCM) experience in the alcoholic beverages industry. She held several roles from WCM facilitator to training controller, plant continuous improvement (CI) manager to supply chain CI specialist. Izelle is also a wife and mom, and she loves the outdoors, namely enjoying a round of golf.
